Helping staff grow and develop their skills and knowledge. Also enjoy helping clients grow their businesses.

Golf, hunting, traveling to foreign lands, unplugging completely

Tell me your favorite story or experience working at Lewis Group.
I pitched the idea to only work 4 days a week after a tax season when my kids were young. At first, this new idea was met with some skepticism from the staff. Once the idea was implemented, not only did we all love having 3-day weekends for 8 months of the year, but we actually grew more that year than any year that we have been in business!

How did you start working for Lewis Group?
We were pregnant with our first child and decided that working closer to home was my top priority.

Michael Scott from The Office. As much of a bumbling fool he can be at times, he truly cares for the people he works with and manages and would do anything to protect and defend them.
