What is your role at Lewis Group?
Bookkeeper
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy making sure every transaction is accurately recorded, properly categorized, and fully reconciled. There’s something truly satisfying about keeping the books clean, organized, and up-to-date.
Tell me about your hobbies. What do you like to do when you are not working?
I love binge-watching a good series or movie, hanging out with my boys, hopping around coffee shops like a true caffeine explorer, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
What is your favorite quote or saying or word of advice?
“Sometimes the delay is the lesson.”
Tell me your favorite story or experience working at Lewis Group
One of my favorite things about working at Lewis Group was discovering the beer they give to clients, every year it comes in different packaging. Honestly, it’s little touches like that that made me think, ‘Okay, Lewis is way cooler than I gave them credit for!
How did you start working for Lewis Group
I was introduced to Lewis Group through a recruiter and got invited for an interview. From our very first conversation, I just knew this was the company I wanted to work with, they’re really cool. We had such a good chat that I immediately felt like I belonged.
Give me a special ability or trait you have that helps you do your job.
Being detail-oriented and organized, and I never assume, I ask—always ask questions to ensure everything is accurate.
What is your office pseudonym or nickname?
I don’t have an office nickname yet, but my family and friends love to tease me by calling me ‘The Influencer’ because I’m always taking Instagram-worthy photos, dressing up, sharing my OOTDs, and throwing in a few unsolicited reviews on whatever’s trending. LOL!
If I weren’t so damn good at my job, I’d probably be a….?
Probably be a social media influencer, vlogger or maybe a chef but honestly, I’m dreaming of being a rich housewife!
If we held an office talent show, I would wow everyone with my….?
Well, besides my face card. Just kidding! Probably with my creativity or production design.
Tell me about a fictional character you admire, and why.
Arya Stark from Game of Thrones. She’s fearless, determined, and super independent. She goes after what she wants, doesn’t let anyone tell her what to do, and always finds a way to overcome challenges. Plus, she’s just plain cool!
Describe yourself in three words.
Sociable. Passionate. Resilient.
You’re stuck inside and have to binge watch a TV show, which one do you pick?
I’d be torn between Game of Thrones or Sherlock. Either way, I’m in for a great time!
If you have a theme song for your life, what would it be?
The Wheels on the Bus’ — as a first-time mom, I probably hear this song every single day! But it’s also a good reminder that life keeps moving round and round. Tough days come and go, but nothing lasts forever, and better days are always on the way.
